Key Selling points

The innovative aspects of this particular technology offer are that the device developed can store very larger amounts of electrical energy and deposit it in very small application time, providing a large amount of applicable power deposited at a single or multiple locations. The device can be engineered to fit inside a very small footprint such as a briefcase and can be powered from either battery or mains electricity sources.

The main advantages are wide ranging as it allows the partnering organisation(s) to enter and co-develop this technology at a relative fundamental stage with relatively low risks, into other applicable commercial markets. The company understands that the original development goal of this technology is very narrow commercially and therefore requires partnerships assistance to place this technology into different and more commercially viable areas.

Looking for:

The SME is looking for partnership, assistance and direction in using the technology in different applications, both civilian and military, research and development, prototyping and getting the device to market. Ideal partners would include industry, government, military, justice organisations and other research organisations.

Patent Status:

Currently, there is no patent protecting this technology as it is still at a fundamental stage. The status should be described as industrial secret know-how. Patent protection will be arranged after feasibility and commercial applications areas have been determined with partnership assistance.

Currently only a single prototype exists which was built for a single foreign military project application. The prototype has been laboratory tested in Wales and fully field tested overseas. HazRes has video footage of both test trials, as well as all analysis and design calculations.

Potential Markets/ outlets

Potential Market Applications of the Technology include: - Aeronautical, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Security & Terrorism, Criminal Justice, Defence, General Industry, Power Generation and Military.
